#wisdomwednesday (97) - February 9th 2022

#wisdomwednesday There's two types of people that come into our lives, the one type of person is a lesson and the other type of person is a blessing. Sometimes, people come into your life for a short period of time to teach us valuable lessons, to make sure we learn, grow, and become better. The other type of person, a blessing, that type of person is a true gift; those types of people are individuals that will last in our life forever, and will make the good times better, and the great times greater.

Hold the blessings very close, and just be thankful for the people that we have in our lives. I think everyone has the opportunity and the power to be a blessing to the people around them. Everyone has the opportunity to be the best versions of ourselves. To have a positive impact and to do good.

#wisdomwednesday It's always important not to give up on the person in which we are becoming. Every day we are lucky to have the opportunity to show up and try to be the best versions of ourselves. To have the opportunity to do things that excite us, because the things that excite us are all part of our purpose. Everyone truly has a purpose to do something great. Everyone has the ability to make a positive difference.

There's a quote by Maya Angelou that says, "people might forget what we do, people might forget what we say, but people will never forget how we make them feel". I think it's important to try to have as much of a positive impact on one another as possible to lift people up instead of bringing people down. To believe in ourselves, to believe in others, and to do good.

#wisdomwednesday There's a quote that I love and it is "there is more to ourselves than what we think we can offer". When doing something, or starting something new, it can definitely be overwhelming. It is important to remember that you don't have to be great to start something, but you have to start to be great. Everyone has the ability to be great, to do great things, and to truly have a positive impact.

With achieving what we want, having a proper mindset, and genuine heart, with unconditional love goes a long way. The acceptance of others doesn't really matter if we truly believe in what we want to do and what we're currently doing. Having positive and good intentions with everything that we do, with everything that we accomplish, definitely makes things a lot easier in trying to be the best version of ourselves on a day-to-day basis.

Keep being you! #bellletstalk

#wisdomwednesday We're definitely living in the world where everything is a little different. Sometimes it can be easy to get into bad habits or become comfortable with the new normal. It's always good to try to keep moving forward in a positive way, no matter what the circumstances are, no matter what the barriers are. There are always things in which we can work on, and there's always things in which we can improve. Perspective, being aware of our surroundings, and having a good work ethic are three things in our reach that we have the ability to easily change.

Perspective: reminding ourselves that we don't have to do something, we get to do something, it really helps with having higher energy, being more passionate, and being committed to the fullest. It is a privilege. One of my favourite quotes that I use all the time is your perspective drives your performance. If you have a positive perspective, over time positive results will occur.

Being aware of our surroundings. It's important to remind ourselves that we are in control of what happens. We have full control of our mind, feelings, emotions and we have the ability to make our dreams a reality and our reality greater than we can ever imagine. Knowing that we are in control of our mind, it kind of goes hand in hand with our perspective, having positive thoughts allows us to keep moving forward in a positive way.

Putting in the work. A quote that I also try to remind myself all the time is no one else is going to do it for you, you get out what you put in. Sometimes things can be overwhelming, but if we start small, all of the small things add up to something big. We have the ability to control our own work ethic, and if we do 1% better than we did yesterday, that's still an improvement. If we do a little bit better today then we did yesterday, it might not add up to something right now, but all of the small positive habits will eventually add up to something bigger, for the better.

#wisdomwednesday When we go through difficult times, or unforeseen circumstances, sometimes people can think negative about those experiences. Sometimes it can definitely be hard, but there's always something to gain when we consider something a loss. Sometimes all we need is a change in perspective for the better. At times, going through difficult situations makes us stronger, wiser, and better overall.

Everything we go through, good and bad, makes us who we are. It's important to be who we are, because everyone is unique, and that's what makes every one of us amazing. Follow that gut, that intuition, follow your heart. Everyone doesn't have the same heart, the same mindset, it's ours, that's what makes it so special.

Everyone has their own purpose, we just have to be strong enough to do it, and see to it all the way through.

#wisdomwednesday Sometimes we get caught in delaying our happiness until we reach an end goal. But I think what is more important, is enjoying the journey, the process, and everything in between. Enjoying it all the way, just not only at the end. It's a new year, and it gives us the opportunity to enjoy new things, it is a reminder to enjoy the little things, to utilize our energy to what is happening now, and to move forward in a positive way. What has happened has happened, and we can't control that. The only thing we can do, is control how we react to it and learn from it.

They say when you forgive you heal, and when you let go, you grow. I think it's important to remember all of the good memories of last year, and let go of all of the bad ones, and just keep growing. Try to enjoy every moment and be happy.

#wisdomwednesday One of my favourite quotes ever is "your character is more important than your credentials". Who we are is more important than what we do. We are always braver than what we believe, and we are always smarter than what we think we are. Every single day we have the privilege and the choice to have a positive impact, to make someone's day. It feels good when people are kind, it feels good when people lend a helping hand and when they are good genuine people. When we are kind of one another, that's what makes the world go round, that's what helps make life a little bit easier, a little bit better.

Just try to be the best version of ourselves day in and day out. Show up and be great everyday.

#wisdomwednesday (90) - December 22nd 2021

#wisdomwednesday This one is short and sweet. One of the best quotes that I've heard a while ago is surround yourself with people that their eyes light up as they see you coming, and vice versa. I think it's important to have that impact on the people in which we love, and the people in which we encounter. To surround yourself with the people that want the best for us, that empower us, that make us feel good, and who help us when we're down. Everyone has the opportunity to make a difference. It's important to generate good vibes, and just to turn away from the bad ones. All in all, it's all about doing the things that make us happy with the people that we love the most. The holiday season is definitely a reminder of that!

#wisdomwednesday It's hard to get advice on what we should do with our own lives, because the only people that really know is ourselves. We can't wait for people to believe in us to make things happen. We got to do it on our own. Everyone has their own timeline, their own paste, their own journey. Growth can sometimes be difficult, but staying in the same spot, staying stagnant, not changing, not involving, that can be even more difficult in the long run. I think just staying true to ourselves, doing the things that we love, at the best of our abilities with the people we care about, that's what it's all about! Taking it step by step, move my move, and moving forward in a positive direction! Keep it going!

#wisdomwednesday (88) - December 8th 2021

#wisdomwednesday Sometimes, everything gets busy, and we overthink things. We think about the past, what we've done, what we have accomplished. We also think about what we want to do, what we're going to do ect. Sometimes it gets overwhelming. I think it's just important to be focused on the moment, not worry about the past, not think too much about the future. Be in the present. Enjoy the moment, with no expectations, and just do the best that we possibly can. Have fun with it.

Everyone is capable of living the life that we want to live. Never settle for something less than what you actually deserve. Never quit, never settle.

#wisdomwednesday (87) - December 1st 2021

#wisdomwednesday I've heard of a baseball acknowledgement and it can definitely be relatable to life. Usually when a baseball player hits three out of ten pitches or four out of ten pitches on a consistent basis, that player would most likely be considered to have a Hall of Fame career. Those are considered very good stats.

If someone would fail seven times out of ten "in life", some people would say that that person is a failure.

I think it's all about perspective. I think it's important to always try to see the good in everything. To try and always block out as much negativity as possible and to never complain, to never give up. Instead of seeing failure, take note of the little wins and the positives that come out of every situation.

The only way that we can actually fail is if we stop trying. Try not to get discouraged and keep swinging for the fences. We are always one good decision away from changing our lives for the better.

#wisdomwednesday (86) - November 24th 2021

#wisdomwednesday I think it's important to be ambitious. Someone once told me, "hard work never stops, neither should your dreams". Sometimes things get difficult. When that happens, for me, I just try to do the best that I can and make the most out of everything. It's important not to stress about the things in which we can't control. Even though there are many things in which we can't control, there's so many in which we can. Patience and attitude, just to name a few, are two things in which we can always work on.

When things are not going our way, and things are difficult, it's important to be patient and stick with it. To never quit and to never give up; to be patient with ourselves and patient with others, sometimes great things take time. To have a positive attitude and to push through the bad days to get to the good days. To utilize the bad days as learning experiences and to try to get better. No matter what is going on, we always have the ability to see the glass half full instead of half empty, to have a positive attitude, and see the good in a situation. We always have the ability to flip our attitude, and make the best out of everything, to make the best out of the circumstances at hand. Having the right attitude towards something can lead into extraordinary results, it can make things a lot easier rather than a lot more difficult.

There's a quote that I try to remember from time to time and it is there are two things in which define us in life, our patients when we're going through difficult times and our attitude when were going through the good times. Keep working hard, keep dreaming big, keep being ambitious and keep being kind.
