#wisdomwednesday Everyone has meaning, everyone has value. Everyone can make a positive difference. Sometimes we get into a bit of a rut, sometimes it feel like we are standing still, or we're not moving fast enough. I thought I would share a few things that help me get out of ruts, and help me get things done in a efficient and proactive manner. They are simple, but sometimes the simple things are the best.

Keep moving forward: I think stuff gets better when we work at it. There's a quote that I try to remember all the time and it is work harder than you did yesterday. If we worked a little bit harder then we did the day before, there's no way that we can digress. If we have a little bit of progress each and every day, little progress, is still progress, and eventually, progress leads into improvements. I think an important thing to remember is to be the best version of ourselves in which we can be at this time and in this moment. Always enjoy the little wins because the little wins eventually add up to the big wins.

We don't have to do this, we get to do this: There's a lot of things in this world that we have to do, but there's a lot of things in this world that we get to do, and it's a privilege to do so. When I look at things in a form gratitude and I look at it as a privilege, for me it's a lot easier to do things, and for the most part, great things happen when we put effort and passion into it. There's a quote that I utilize a lot and it is how you do something is how you do everything. If you put in a half fast effort, you'll get half fast results. But if you put in a great effort, for the most part, you'll end up with great results and great accomplishments.

Have a positive perspective. If something ever goes wrong, I always remind myself that It could always be worse, there's always worst situations out there. No matter what happens, try not to make excuses but make solutions. Try to see the glass half full instead of half empty and instead of feeling sorry for ourselves, find a way to make things happen, to better ourselves.
